Your pricing, untouched
You've spent years tuning your pricing sheet — stock costs, quantity breaks, customer tiers, the edge cases only you know about. MaxPax uses that sheet. As-is. It's the whole point.

The objection
You shouldn't. Your sheet knows things that aren't documented anywhere else — the margin you quietly add for rush jobs, the mate's-rate tier for the agency down the road, the stock surcharge you added the month paper prices jumped.
Most print quoting software makes you re-enter all of that in its UI — and then you have two sources of truth that drift apart the first time you change a number. That's worse than no automation at all.
MaxPax does the opposite. Your sheet is the source of truth. We just read from it.
How it connects
After that, every enquiry flows through the sheet you already own.
01 / UPLOAD
Upload your existing pricing file. Formulas, named ranges, conditional formatting, hidden sheets — all of it comes along. We store it in your own cloud drive, not ours.
02 / MAP
Tell us which cell is the quantity input, which is the stock, and which holds the final price. A few minutes per product. No reshaping your sheet.
03 / QUERY
When an enquiry arrives, MaxPax writes the inputs, lets your sheet calculate, and reads the output. Same sheet, every time.

A small thing that matters
Paper supplier bumps prices? Update the cell. Running a quiet promotion on booklets? Tweak the margin row. The next enquiry reads the new number. No redeploy, no migration, no ticket.
Common questions
No. MaxPax uses your existing Excel pricing sheet as-is. You upload the .xlsx, tell us which cells are inputs and which is the output, and we plug into it. Your formulas, named ranges, conditional formatting, and hidden sheets all come along.
In your own Microsoft or Google cloud account, not ours. MaxPax reads from the file via the official Microsoft Graph or Grid.is API. You can revoke access at any time from your account settings.
The next quote uses the new number. No redeploy, no migration, no ticket. The sheet is the source of truth, so whatever it calculates is what we send back to the customer.
Yes. MaxPax writes the inputs into your sheet and reads the calculated output cell. Anything Excel itself can calculate is fair game, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, lookup tables, quantity-break logic, and customer-tier pricing.
Around fifteen minutes per product. You upload the sheet once, then for each product you map a handful of cells: the input fields (quantity, size, stock, finishing) and the output cell that holds the final price.
